General Conditions:

1. All prices are expresed in EUROS, with VAT included. All rates are NET & do NOT include comisions, otherwise it has been made by a previous deal.

2. All reservations, confirmations, changes & cancelation of services will be only validated through a written confirmation by both sides. Any aditional service, will have to be payed at destination by the client / s to the provider of services.

3. Once the reservation is confirmed, the rates can NOT be modified.

4. The payments will have to be transfered to the bank account indicated below the invoice. All expenses for bank services will be deduced by the sender.

5. For individuals the total amount must be transfered at least 5 working days in advance of the start date for services. For groups, the payment of the total amount must be transfered at least 14 working days laborables in advance of the start date for services.

6. Cancelation conditions:

6.1 For individuals all reservations can be cancelled without charge, confirming it at least 5 working days in advance of the start date for services.

6.2 For groups (minimum 10 people) all reservations can be cancelled without charge, confirming it at least 30 days in advance of the start date for services.

In case of later cancelations, INBALTIC UAB has the right to apply the following cancelation rates:

29-15 days before the arrival, 15% per person over the total amount established;

14- 7 days before the arrival, 25% per person over the total amount established;

6-2 days before the arrival, 50% per person over the total amount established;

1 day before the arrival, 100% per person over the total amount established.

The reduction of a group for no more than the 10% of the total, & at least 3 days before the arrival, will not have any extra cost.

7. Confirming a reservation with INBALTIC UAB involves the client (buyer or services) to recognice & accept all the conditions written above. After confirmation from INBALTIC UAB both parts are linked by a contract bywhich INBALTIC UAB ensures the performance of the contracted services, & the buyer ensures to realize the payment of the invoice englobing the contracted services pacted through the reserved dates.
